How much is too much when it comes to social media threats?

I remember the kid that got busted by the FBI for making a threat against white people on WSHH a few weeks back.
Seems some people didn't hear about that.
The video where the comment was made was the one with the BLM and Police lives matter dude. I'm not going to post the link because it's pretty bad, even by OT standards.
