This. My MIL manages about a dozen convenience stores/gas stations and catches at least 2 employees a month stealing. She doesn't even "fire them" she has the cops arrest them during the employees next shift. A lot of the time they have friends come in and buy cases of beer or cartons of cigarettes and instead of scanning the cigarettes or beer they scan something cheap on the counter like a lighter or gum. If you aren't watching closely it looks like a normal sale. I think she spends her whole day watching CCTV from the cloud like some people watch re-runs of Friends.
