I have been in my current position for a year and 10 months. I recently interviewed for a different company. I have been moving jobs every year and a half for the past few years. Always for more money and a different better role. I like my current job but this new one would give me a 30% increase in pay and a regional position with more travel. If offered, should I take it?
I'm kind of hesitant bc I like my job. I feel loyalty to them bc they really like me. If I stay another year to make it to 3 years, I'd be able to take any outside sales role for a manufacturer.

3 years is the hallmark less than 3 shows me that you are flighty and not dependable.
