How long does it take to receive LLC name

You paid a company to set up an LLC?

Mine immediately said name was available and reserved it.

Then did whatever other crap that needed to be notarized to finalize it

Last time I did it I just searched their database for the name I wanted and no businesses existed, so I went ahead with the procedure, getting Tax ID, etc. SoS usually approves applications within 24 hours or so, so it shouldn't take long to get confirmation that you're good to go. Only problem I would foresee with not getting your name is if someone else registered it a split second before you. But I think you can pay a small fee to reserve your name if you're worried about it

Thanks. Under filing type mine says Name Reservation and under status it says In Process. Hopefully it will get approved this week.
