re: How do you handle solicitors?

My wife is CEO of a moving company and uses door to door salespeople as a way to recruit sales associates. She says if they will do door to door sales in the Summer in TX, then they aren't afraid to work hard.

She asks them how long they have done sales, and if they would rather be doing sales at a desk in the AC? Then she gives them a card that tells them how to apply.
