not the military's fault boss, it's our greedy politicians.

But if being miserable on our nation's birthday blows your hair back. Have at it.

Be thankful you live in a country that permits you to say such uneducated, mind-numbing bullshite about the country you choose to live in without suffering any life-threatening consequences.

Fireworks tonight at midnight, sound of them echoing through the mountains is incredible. Music, food, festivities, parades tomorrow and a nice peaceful night in Sunshine Cove tomorrow evening.

Tuesday, back to work and it's just a memory.

Changed out five T12 ballasts today (frick converting to T8), Beer (lots), 4 slabs of ribs, roasted potatoes, corn all on the egg; ravaging the wife (no pics) later after baseball is over and the children are asleep.

What's really cool is to be on one of the mountains when it's happening.

I America'd pretty good this afternoon.

Not sure how you rate eating red meat, drinking beer, and watching re-runs of John Fourcade coming in for an injured Bobby Hebert back in the day.

True story:

I played in a foursome behind his group at Eastover as a kid, and again as an adult at The Bridges in Bay St. Louis. He was a pleasure to talk with, both times.
