Berenson is not a disease expert but he has been a good source of reporting.

Hell you can got directly from Texas Medical Center's website for yourself. When the mayor was crying wolf that hospitals were overwhelmed. TMC sat with thousands of empty beds, even with 6,000 non covid patients.

BTW, early warning indicators are that they will not have to go to their Phase 3 for pandemic. They are 14% into Phase 2 ICU bed capacity with positivity rating going down over the last 7 days.

Wait, more positive tests was supposed to mean more hospitalizations. Why is this happening?!??
