I had trouble getting the service to stream because I was in the middle of nowhere but I had no issues betting on xpressbet. Maybe try that or twinspires.

Twinspires is weird. Online horse betting is illegal in Mississippi but I can bet using my PC (I am in Louisiana but my IP address shows up as Natchez). However, when using my phone it has to be verified as a state where it's legal. When GPS is turned off it won't take the bet until I turn it back on and verify my location.

I go back and forth. I used xpressbet for a good while but switched because twinspires has an app and offered Delaware Park which xpressbet didn't. I may change again if Xpressbet throws a bonus my way, which they do once in a while
I wish I had the time to learn how to handicap overseas races.

I mostly just watch for fun but I do keep up with a few overseas handicappers or media types on twitter. I’m excited we show ascot over here now.
