Man, frick the British Navy. That a-hole was out raiding US shipping while George Washington was fighting Germans hired by the British.
If it weren't for the French Navy, Washington wouldn't have won at Yorktown.

But if you look closely at the French line of battle, you can see the lead ship "Guerrier". That may be the same ship that was captured by the British, and later sunk by the USS Constitution.
Here she is after the Constitution got through with her:

1753 74-gun
1806, 38-gun
