I'd open up a Hooters right by campus, like across from Chimes/Northgate, where nothing can make it, I bet a Hooters would.

I would choose Hooters over BWW 100 times out of 100, that's for damn sure. If a Hooters would deliver wings faster than Pluckers (not very difficult because they take FOREVER) around campus, they would print money.
