Honking at people you know while driving: trashy right?

Whether they be in another car or in front of their house or something.
Trashy right? Certainly annoying as honking should only be used to get the attention of dumbass drivers doing dumbass things.
Of course the trashiest honking you can do is laying on your horn in front of somebody's house to make them come out and meet you.

I fully support all "is it trashy?" threads being anchored. I would even be ok with insta banning the perpetrators

I had a guy follow me for about 30 minutes (until I lost him) after He tried to cut me off in a merge lane and I didn't let him which made him have to slam on his brake
He pulled up to the stop light next to me and yelled at me and I just waved at him. I guess he thought I flipped him off because he got frickin heated and got in the turning lane I was in and started following me down the road.
Then I stopped in a piggly wiggilys and parked and he stopped and got out and when he was halfway to my car I hauled arse out of there and went to my friends house
(was like 18 at the time) and lost him
I often wonder what a life he must lead to be able to take 30 minutes-hour of his life to chase down some kid in traffic

Plus, in what universe is this considered trashy? Was the OP just looking to make an "is this trashy" thread just for the sake of making one?
