Valentino in BR maybe? Frankly I don't see how someone that sells McIntosh, Bowers & Wilkins and Martin Logan stays in business anywhere in Lewzianer.

It sounds like the M4 is the problem. The keypads are just dumb devices that issue commands.

The keypads weren't the only dumb ones in this thread. Putting the crosshairs on the M4 and reading what I could find of the operations on-line, it was exactly what I figured intially. Guessing one of my kids or my ex monkeyed with the settings, so through a bit of trial and error, I got it restored and all systems working again. Thanks guys!!!
