re: Home Improvement Scam Calls

They must be using my phone number to make some of these calls. The other day I got a call from some dude (local) swearing he got a call from my number even though I hadn't placed an outgoing call at all that morning. I had to explain to him that telemarketers are now using local numbers to solicit people. Hell, a couple buddies of mine said they got calls like that from their own phone numbers.
