To a person with a life changing, incurable disease, you would think that the LAST thing that they would ever want to do would be to pass that disease onto other innocent people.

Sadly we have people that are positive for STD's and are known HIV patients. So that means they are having unprotected sex. I think that's a crime and sickening when I think about it.
Just because the viral load one day is Non-Detected doesn't mean that it is Non-Detected a few days later. That's why they have the blood test every three months. It changes.
