Custodial Arrangment
Select "Yes" if this contact has any portion of legal custody for the student.
Answer "Yes" because you and your husband both have legal custody.

Has sole custody?
In the event a custodial agreement is in effect where sole cusody is awarded to one parent,
a judgment, judicial decree or consent agreement must be presented to the school and kept on file to allow the school to properly support the agreement.
You may mail/bring these documents to Catholic High School at 855 Hearthstone Dr. Baton Rouge, La 70806
Select Y or N
Answer "No" because you and your husband share custody, so neither has sole custody.
This is more for divorced parents where one parent has sole custody because the other parent is crazy, drug addict, or mentally unstable...school needs to know about one parent having sole custody so they know not to release the child or records to the non-custodial parent.

I am putting myself, his biological mother as the first contact. I don't know how to answer the questions?? I'm his biological mother. I've been married to his biological father since before he was born. I have never been divorced. So what I do put for "sole custody"? No, right? I share it with my husband/his father? Or since we are married and never divorced, do we both have sole custody, so I put Yes?
You know, I never would have guessed that you might have trouble with a simple form like this after I read your poli board posts about a government-wide pedo ring.
