The best part of that video was when they mentioned people with black sounding names on a resume don't get called in for job interviews.

Oh...the majority of college students, degree holders, and the workforce.
Makes me wonder what insights a comparative study of sexism (sex vs. sex) and racism (dominant race vs. minority race) might yield. Obviously, each is a form of discrimination, but I wonder if a strict apples-to-apples comparison is valid or not. I'm not so sure about this as you apparently are.

I work for Home Depot, our President is a black guy named Marvin, our division president is a black lady named Ann-Marie. My Store Manager is a black guy named Roger. Starting to notice a pattern.

I'm white and I agree with everything in that video. Some of y'all's remarks are downright shameful. There's no reason to get ultra defensive over what they said.
