Except for the fact that Bluebonnet is literally overburdened several times per day with no real room for expansion. The section between Springlake and Fairhill has people's driveways emptying onto it which is why the speed limit is 30.

The traffic is backed up allllll of the time. I cannot imagine trying to empty a bridge on that route.
