So I lost my Georgia Drivers license a while back.

I ordered a new one, and recently found the old one. Is the old one still valid?

The License number is the same and the card is not expired.

Sell it to a 19 year old or an illegal alien.

Do they have an app in Georgia where you can scan your license on your phone that is official? Its LA Wallet here. Thats all I have for you.

I would think it should just show as a duplicate in the system.

yes it's valid, but why not just use the new one?

In Louisiana no it would not be valid. Only the last issue date is valid in LA.

As stated above, in Louisiana the older license is invalid. If you're just showing it you can probably get away with it but if they "swipe" it you're fricked.

I can't imagine that Louisiana's DMV would be more technically advanced than Georgia's.

As long as they don't swipe it you're fine. I even had a bank accept a photo on my license on my cellphone. (which is scary)
