Help Me OT HVAC Experts

One of my AC units died. Need to replace with something that can cool around 2k sq ft with a conversion to R410. I have another unit that runs the rest of the house.

Would a 4 ton be enough? Any brand recommendations and what kind of ballpark amount should I expect to pay?
