I have a dear family friend who just relapsed for the 7th time since he was initially diagnosed at the age of 5 (he is 18 now). This young man may be the toughest person I have ever known, and his family is amazing. You can see his story here. The amazing thing is that he has been fighting this for so long and he is still out their trying to help others.
PM's Story
Pediatric cancer sucks, and many of us have been affected by it, either directly or indirectly. We need to stamp this scourge out.
I have a daughter who is a pediatric cancer survivor and in remission, but I can't imagine what it is like to spend your entire childhood fighting cancer and being in and out of the hospital. F#@k Cancer.
If you are able, please consider donating to knock out Pediatric Cancer, whether it be to your local pediatric cancer foundation, or elsewhere.

I watched my good friend's son fight it for a year, then die right after he turned 13
she still mourns daily after 5-6 years. it's so tragic
