Most dr just use 1 brand depending on which sales rep they prefer.

I don't know much about the others, but I do know as of right now Medtronic is the only one with MRI capable leads. Boston is trying to gets theirs approved soon. Nevro has the new type of high frequency stimulation but most insurance says its experimental and won't cover it just yet.
