Heavycore, the Quest bars rank as one of the best.
Check the labels: 18-20 g of protein with about 20 g of carbs (18 g of that is fiber).
Great choice. My daily snack at 3-3:30 pm.
The bars nurse posted are a very tasty option.

If you are getting processed protein bars etc they aren't really that healthy. They may have 15g of protein but they are have 10g of sugar and hydrogenated oils which aren't good for you.
They are however good organic snack bars but they can be costly.
