Drinking age was 18 in Louisiana when I was young. Did need one in Florida for spring break. I took brothers birth certificate and SS card and went to dmv said lost mine and got a new one with my picture. Was the perfect ID. Everything was not electronic so was not worried if he was pulled over his ID would show up as canceled.
