Has Anyone Visited Isle Royale National Park?

Is it worth the absurd amount(s) of money to get on a ferry to visit the park? I'm moving to Michigan for a couple months starting in late July and am using these months to explore this part of the country and Isle Royale is on my bucket list.
TIA
TIA

Never been, but for the PITA that it looks like to get there...I would go to things like Sleeping Bear Dunes, Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, Tahquamenon Falls for a lot cheaper.

Why don't you try Isla Sorna or Isla Nublar???

I've got those on my list as well. Including:
Apostle Islands
Voyageurs
Artist's Point
BWCA
Mackinac Island
Kitch-iti-Kipi
Lake of the Clouds
Horicon Marsh

How much does the ferry cost?
Depending on the outfitter, and your trip, it ranges between $60-$80 per person one way, and up to $150 per person round trip. That doesn't include the per day per person day use fee, or parking. My itinerary includes camping.

You'll probably never go there if you don't go while living up there, so I would go for it if you can afford it
