It was started just a few years ago by a high school girl out of her mom's kitchen. It blew up. She is younger than my youngest daughter. It's a pretty cool story of good old American Entrepreneurship.

Caroline Merryman discovered her love for baking at 8 years old by teaching herself how to make cakes and cupcakes. This hobby grew even more during the COVID lockdown when she started baking lots of cookies and delivering them to her friends as a way to stay busy and not get bored. She started an Instagram page for her cookies just for fun, but was soon receiving requests to purchase them.

She continued to sell her cookies while attending college, until April of 2021 when she decided to put college on hold and focus on giving 100% to Caroline's Cookies.
