Does anyone know how to restore them without sanding and finishing. I ams po.

If you just want to restore a shine, try vinegar and some elbow grease. If the finish is gone and there are bare spots of wood. You're going to have to sand. It's really not that hard. When we moved into our house, they had refinished the downstairs and put carpet upstairs. After a catastrophe, we were going to replace the carpet. But underneath was wood. So we spent about three weekends over the next couple of months doing 4 bedrooms and a hallway. Home Depot has all the equipment you need. Watch some Youtubes.
