I recently bought an older home and have a list of projects I want to do over the next couple of years. I don't think any of this is real heavy duty work and it'd be nice to have one guy I can call every couple of months to knock it out.

Short list of projects
Interior Painting
Replacing electrical outlets / switches
Trim work / base boards / window casings
Replacing Interior Doors
Replacing ceiling in den
Tree trimming
Stump grinding
Installing new light fixtures
New sink and fixtures ( bath and kitchen )

Any recommendations from the OT?
