Yes it will. People commute to those cities and this can be spread through the air.

They are just pointing out that the diarrhea is very watery. There are different consistencies to diarrhea. Very watery diarrhea in young children is never good, especially if they are also vomiting non stop. Puts the child at risk for getting severely dehydrated.

My coworkers lil girl went to the Hammond school. He said the kids were lined up in the hallway puking in garbage cans and buckets.
