PONCHATOULA, LA ---Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff Daniel Edwards reports that on March 29, 2019, 22- year- old Cadarius Parker of Hammond, LA. was charged with communication of false information of a planned bombing and hate crime.

Parker was charged for his connection to a phone call placed to Ponchatoula High School regarding racial slurs and threat of a school bombing. But I thought black people could not be racist
