I'm on 30a now, no traffic, will walk to beach in a few and set up under our umbrellas and will prob be 30 feet from nearest people.
For my tastes and my family I will choose over here every time. We enjoyed OB but I despise the highrise, elevator ride, three deep deal there

30a is only crowded at the epicenter where the food trucks live because all the 15yo girls are riding their bikes there to get snoballs.
