Damn, did she finance her college education with credit cards? Doesn't she know she can get federal loans at a far reduced rate?

Best thing you can do is offer financial advice. Unless she's in great financial stress, stay away from that.

Does she owe 9,000 or 90,000? If it is 9K I wouldn't mess with it as the headaches will outweigh the return. How long to you plan to amortize the loan for her?

Not at all. She would get a better deal. Scruffy's dad charged Scruffy's sister interest when he sold her his car. Its the way the world works.

bad move. you are not a bank and can't spread the risk of default out over a large # of loans.
