Hard to believe UNTIL you understand what's going on in Grand Isle. Certain JP officials have bought up a lot of the land for cheap years ago and are using JP TAXPAYER MONEY to beef everything up and raise their equity. They now can insure things for 5 times their worth for WHEN it gets wiped out. In the meantime they use JP TAXPAYER MONEY to pay cronies to shore everything up, make it a nicer area for their own enjoyment, and playtime. They are sending A LOT of JP TAXPAYER money there for their own enrichment.
