Np brother

If you have a burner email shoot it to me and I can try to help you out on the coverages and see what works for you

Again/ Im not an agent though- I just think I got some Jew blood in me and I fricking hate paying two things : insurance and the government so I've spent years of my life finding loopholes

Then we sell and getting the frick out of loseiana.

No one will be able to afford to live here.

where you going homie?

Not trying to be negative but I think you'll find anywhere in the gulf south right now insurance fricking sucks.

Florida is getting roped too.

I think North Louisiana is incredibly underrated. Low insurance rates, low cost of living and you have mineral right and that Haynesville shell is a mfer with natural gas. That and plant some loblolly pines and in 20 years Harvest it and make $2k an acre

many people just pay the premium and don't shop rates.
.

Talking to others it seems they get you with a lower initial rate but 2 years later you’re back where you started

Don’t tempt me.

Auto wise they were like $720 more a year though.

This 1000% is true. Just don't accept it.

Honestly think about it like this - for 20 minutes each year you need to shop homeowners insurance rates

If you can save $2-3k doing that then that's an hourly rate of 6,000-9,000/hr.

Ive never made that kind of money

Not necessarily.

A living veteran can join and pass the membership down but it has to be direct I think.

My Father in Law served in Korea. He's 95, when he was 90, he called USAA with my husband, and in about 30 minutes we had a membership. He had to tell a few stories to the representative. So it took a while to sign up.
