I take one half of a Tylenol pm every night and sleep like a log

Have not noticed any side effects the next day either

Melatonin gives me crazy dreams

Stay away from pills. Get a sleep study and get on the CPAP train. Next to marrying my better half, the sleep study/ cpap is the best thing I've ever done.
