Young people didn’t catch the original virus but they did get infected easily with delta. Vaccinated countries seem to be performing well against it. That’s what I’m observing. The picture is still evolving so nobody knows exactly what’s what right now.

It’s India. the swath of people that are poor and malnourished is huge.
Too much is being made of their data imho.
There circumstances simply aren’t applicable to westernized nations.

This is pure conjecture. I have uncles, aunts, cousins who got sick. These people weren’t poor. Half the people I know got it in India. I’m sure that includes the poor but it didn’t target just the poor per se.
