I did a little clean-up in the yard.Those last leaves in the Holly Bush that have been mocking me are in the garbage now.

Probably not food related. Had open heart surgery 12 years back to replace mitral valve in heart. The atrial flutter is most likely a byproduct of cutting my left atrial chamber open and sewing it back together. Suddenly about three weeks back, it began beating lots faster than the L ventral chamber. They are trying to get it back in sync. If drugs don't work after 6 weeks, they put me to sleep and shock it hopefully back into rhythm. If that doesn't work, they RF ablate it to show it down. If I pass out and go into a worse arrhythmia than now, they will go to step two or three sooner than 6 weeks. In the meantime, I am supposed to just sit here and obsess over it. Makes me feel like crap all the time.
