Yep. Those little bags of seasoning give better flavor if the are loose.
The other gives them a great extra taste and pop as they stay hot. I don't open the ice chests until it's time to serve.
And I hate to be cooking when everyone else is eating an drinking so I always use the ice chests to keep hot until all the boiling is done.

Ah gotcha.
I don't use nearly as much seasoning. 1 bag of la boil mix (4.5lbs). That's it as far as seasoning. Anything else seems like overkill.
With the amount of seasonings you use in the boil, you could just soak and dump on the table.
You got two hands, drink while you cook lol

No big deal. I became a better person when I stopped going to church. I started volunteering at a battered women's shelter after I stopped going to church. Probably counts for something.
