I'm not sure Aspy.

If Nurse is at 1 and B$B is at 10,I'm pretty sure you'd be closer to Nurse.

Not sure how accurate this Scale is.Needs more data.

Good Morning Nurse. What a great weekend to be in Phoenix! Would have loved to be at the Final Four games yesterday.

Terrific show last night. Wasn't looking forward to it during the week but seeing the MASSIVE stage and watching the show last night, I'm ready. Hopefully it'll be a good show

That's a good thing! Too early for any Derby favorites?

This year you don't want to be a favorite. Every time a horse shows it is a standout, it gets hurt

I think we get a longshot of at least 15-1 that wins this year.

That would be great. It doesn't hurt the sport to have this happen every once and a while.

I need to convince myself to get out of bed. Do you mind if I come to the fairgrounds today?

What are your methods?
Just had a crawfish, onion and cheese omelet.

Assume 2 batches of whatever lbs. and that it always varies a little bit as you experiment.

Zatarains Proboil
16 oz jar cayenne
12 oz lemon juice.
(Using lemons or adding onions or potatoes at this point is crazy because they will suck up all the spices.)
2 boil bags busted open
12 oz liquid crab boil
4 oz vegetable oil
Before rolling boil occurs, toss in 5-6 heads of garlic and jar of pickled japs.
At rolling boil, add crawfish
Bring back to rolling boil for 2 mins.
Turn off fire. Let sit till crawfish sink. Add ice if you like.
Drain. Pour in ice chest as someone douses them in Tony's and Lea & Perrins. Shake ice chest if you want.
Let sit while the next batch is done.

Fire the burner up.
Add 5-6 lbs potatoes to boil for 10 mins then add 6-10 onions, 5-6 heads of garlic and whatever else you want to boil. Carrots, artichokes, Brussels, ...
Add 4 oz lemon juice.
Add 1/2 carton of salt.
Add 16 oz jar of cayenne.
2 boil bags busted open.
4 oz liquid crab boil.
At rollling boil, add crawfish
When boil resumes, go 2 mins.
Put corn on top and turn off fire.
Let sit til crawfish drop.
Pull out veggies if you want.
Pour in ice chest. Douse with Tony's & Lea & Perrins.
Close ice chest tightly. Shake if you want.

Eat the first batch.
Eat the 2nd batch.
