I either have to learn how to sleep or have to learn to like coffee.

I had issues the last 4 nights with waking up really early for some reason when two of the nights I had no alarm and could sleep in. Coffee today but it's going to catch up if I don't fix it.

Been dealing with this issue for years. Tried any number of remedies with mixed results. My doctor prescribed me a sleep aid, but I turn into a zombie in the morning after I take it.

Hope your problems are temporary.

They probably are. Lots going on from different direction throwing a little stress in my life so I'll have to figure out when to get the maximal sleep. I may take melatonin here and there since that usually works well. It's just a matter of getting up at 5:45 after taking it

I've been sleeping horribly lately during the day when I'm working nights.

Yesterday stayed up almost 24 hours, then only took a 2 hour nap. Felt like I was getting sick last night. Nope....just needed a good night's sleep I guess. Feel fine right now.

Glad you aren't getting sick. I tried most of the afternoon to nap and couldn't, then couldn't sleep again last night

I fly West Coast a ton nowadays so my internal clock has been adjusting a little more with the back and forth of time zones. I've been getting sleeplessness headaches because of it and probably need to just keep melatonin or Tylenol PM with me as I travel.

I haven't been able to hear out my right ear for 4 days. Am I dying?
