Busy at work this week (and will be next week as well) and dealing with stuff with my dad all week. His anxiety makes something like him having van trouble be a catastrophic event in his eyes. I basically have to take over and work on getting it repaired while constantly reassuring him about it. I'm having surgery in like 10 days so also trying to keep my stress levels low while juggling all this.

But..I'm awake and breathing this morning. And it's Friday. Gonna be grateful for that.

I can't believe they haven't been able to help your dad more

I just don't think he will ever be back to how he was before the flood.

I mean..he is better than he was this summer in some aspects. But he just won't do basic stuff to take care of himself. No matter how much we all tell him to. He won't try and exercise more. So now he complains all the time to me about how hard it is to just move around.

Won't eat like he should. I had to call him yesterday afternoon and check to make sure he had eaten yesterday cause he was so stressed over his van. He normally has no trouble driving to dealership where he has the extended warranty(about 20 minutes from them). Now..he claims that is just too far for him to drive and refuses to do it. But the trouble he is having...is likely covered by the warranty(that expires next month). So I will physically have to drive his van over there for him cause of his antics.

Morning Butch. Better leave for work a little early this morning. Trump is in town for some rally so traffic is gonna SUCK around here today.
