Yeah, in Stmbt Springs. Mrs. got involved with them almost 20 years ago. She will teach 6-8 courses around the country by June...in addtion to her job here. Pretty cool stuff. The founders have really changed in the last 10 years or so though...getting older and making a big money grab...at least it seems to me. Anyway.

Breakfast turned out good considering my hangover.
Cooked the toast in the bacon grease which did the trick.
That and Jameson Reserve in my coffee.

Good to know. I did one of their very first courses over 15 yrs ago. The instructor spoke glowingly of the owners and their methodology. I never followed up with other courses because they haven't come close enough to my locale, to the best of my recollection.
