That sounds like a good combo you used I would maybe just sprinkle a little more Tony's on there.

Paige is becoming the GrillMistress! I have never grilled, I am watching the SO prepare a turkey to smoke and it is a little horrifying (says the girl who helped with 4 autopsies )

The flavor was good. I just wanted grill marks

My steaks were a little more successful. But too rare inside

I have nevered smoked a turkey before that is a bucket list item.

Paige the key to great steaks is high heat and a quick sear on each side. Oh and the Pinker the meat the sweet the juices (I couldn't resist).
BTW those are thick steaks also very hard to cook if you not have a high grill

It was a joke because she grills bland over cooked looking chicken and vegetables for dinner every night

They were too rare for me. I like mine medium

Just saw your pic not bad no way my gf eats that either. Cooking on a grill can take some time I am no chef but over time I have gotten pretty good. I peeps on here like rebel go to cookoffs and stuff so alot of people are real good at it. Nothing like the occasional great steak though Imho

Apparently the best steak is done in an oven and seared. I don't pretend to know.

Paige, are you done with school for a moment?

Best steak I have ever eaten from home. Garlic butter on top of a steak seared in a green egg. That's why I bought one.

If you’re ok with fabric impeding movement, have at it. Camel, Cat/Cow, Reverse Warrior, Down Dogs, Crane. All good moves.

It’s very practical when you crank the heat.
No sense getting clothes sweaty too.
