Morning Beam. 
Went to lunch at Ruffino's yesterday and shockingly had horrible service. They got half the meals wrong, forgot to bring the dessert for like 30 minutes, and spilled half a glass of wine on the table...

Not really sure. They do the "team waitstaff" so we had one person doing wine, one person doing food, and one person cleaning dishes off the table... All three really were lacking.

Good. Went to new Orleans with the Louisiana Restaurant Association Expo. Lots of good eats and drinks. Caught the WWII museum while she worked the booth Saturday

Never had bad service at Ruffino's. I'd chalk that up as a rare hiccup.
