I haven't played in north louisiana but once and it was ok. I lived in sw pa for the last four years.
There are some good ones up that way. Even the cheap public courses are kept up better
Problem is it gets too cold too fast. Loved going to Firestone in ohio; nemacolin and valley brook south of pittsburgh
