Golf in Destin. Where should I play?

Going to Destin for the first time in a few years in 2 weeks. I want to squeeze a round of golf in. What course is in the best shape right now? My normal go to courses have always been Regatta and Kelly. Any other courses I should try? If not, which of these is in better shape right now? TIA

where are you staying? That is big. And is money much of an option? We stay in Sandestin when we go so we stick with those courses inside the resort. The Raven is nice, Links is a really pretty round since it go around the bay.
You can go across the bay and play Bluewater Bay, it is a shorter course but tight enough to make it challenging if you get greedy. Emerald Bay was still a really good course the last time I played it and, like you said, Regatta and Kelly Plantation are still good courses.

We are staying at waterscape in ft. Walton bc the kids love it so much. But I don't mind driving a ways into Destin to play. Money doesn't matter too much I don't guess. I'm prepared to pay $150 or so for a round. Burnt Pine looks intriguing.
