What are your goals and resolutions for the New Year?
Hopefully we stick with them longer than a week or so.
I want to get in better shape (I'm thin but not "healthy")
Be the best father, husband, and son I can be
Purchase a larger home
Continue climbing the TD ladder as one of the better posters on this site
Become an Admin for the shitfest, that is the SEC Rant
Hookers and blow
Get a set of truck nuts for my F-450
Work more hours at the plant
Enjoy my extended vacations due to my career in education
Trade in my Beta shoes for more Alpha ones
Be a good baw
Take a Hindu name for myself (considering Dindu Nuffin)
Eat at Baskin Robbins more since my friend Randall works there
Leave better tips at Sonic
Take more peptides so I can hopefully have my first erection since '94
HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

I'd like to stick with a consistently healthy diet
Lose around 25-30 lbs
Visit Washington, DC
Try to accept that experience comes with time, and I'm not going to know all the answers right away
Start running again
Not be such a workaholic, and enjoy the things around me
Be a good uncle to my sister's baby that's due in February

Drink more beer and not so much liquor because I become the devil with too much vodka and fireball
I could gain 10# or so as well

My only real goal is to be able to run 5 miles at the end of the year - I'm at 3 miles now just a year and a couple of months after my 3rd reconstructive surgery on my ankle, just a matter of training but not hurting it. Already lost the weight I gained after shattering it years ago, want to get back down to my healthy weight.

Gain some weight.
More fiscally responsible.
No more cokes.

Max out 401k
Max out IRA
Max out wife's IRA
Backdoor said IRAs
Keep chipping away at her Med School Loans
Hopefully climb a few rungs on the comapany ladder.
Stay fit and healthy. Maybe upgrade to Category 1, if I have a better racing season.
That's good enough...

I'm gonna stop walking long distances and start taking the car more often.

I do tend to reassess my life at the end of each year, but don't write down my goals and resolutions necessarily.
Reason is, I think it is best to set goals and improve every day, month and week regardless of the time of year.

For once I stuck with mine last year and lost 20 pounds. Maybe be more proactive in helping my community in some way for next year and volunteering. Something a bit more vague than the last.

I lost weight the past three years. This year, I want to become a lady boner. Buy nice stylish clothes. Keep my hair cut and healthy. Nice shoes. That kind of thing.
Run a half marathon.
Graduate with an MA in English and get a job that can fully support my family. Edit - also cure cancer, fly to Mars, and find the Holy Grail.
Impregnate my wife. No miscarriages this time.

I bet my wife that I could have a "resting 6-pack" by my sister's mid-April wedding.
There is basically 0% chance that happens. Looks like she's getting that purse she wants
Last time I bet her when I'm drunk.

Finish writing, producing, recording, mixing and mastering a "double-disc" blackened metal concept album.
