Wife is making crab meat quesadillas with the leftover crabs from the other night.
Not sure how I feel about that.
She made steak quesadillas last night from the steak the other night and they were legit.

Crab quesadillas sound good. I cooked crawfish ones last night with homemade salsa.
Not my best (the margaritas to blame) but still good.
