Nice Parish/GN Collab would work nicely with some biscuits and sausage

I'll have a glass of wine this evening. Today is my Friday at work

Granted I'm being forced to take off work tomorrow but I'm so exhausted from work lately I don't even care and just happy for a long weekend.

I too am being forced to take off tomorrow.

Well, not specifically tomorrow, but I have to take off some time so it might as well be a long weekend.

You should check it out if you like 80s fantasy movies. It's up there with Neverending Story imo.

What are your thoughts on both of those? Have some of each waiting for me

Thought the stout was fantastic as I could get each flavor from it, was exactly how they described it.
The blueberry one was good but I feel I've had a lot of various good fruited beers and there was nothing that made it really stand out to make me say it was head and shoulders above some of the other ones I had.

I'm not being forced to take PTO for that reason. We were at first...then an outbreak broke out in one of our hospitals so they decided infection control department might actually be essential in a pandemic so cancelled us having to use up our PTO.

I've been working at that hospital the past couple weeks educating staff and helping them set up COVID positive units. Granted....I'm in NO direct contact with COVID positive patients whatsoever. And wearing a surgical mask at all times at work. Yet they want me to be off work for at least 72 hours before I go back to my regular office at our main hospital. So I was told I either need to take off tomorrow or Monday..my choice.

Total BS I tell you and I could fight it...but frick it...I need a day off.

We're still doing mandatory PTO through the end of May.

I have three more days to take, so it'll be tomorrow, then Friday/Memorial Day for a 4-day weekend.

It's looking like it will end then, though, as the hospital is getting more and more back to normal.

I know ours is working really hard to develop plans to implement so they can start doing elective cases.

We started doing elective cases this week. Might have actually been over the weekend.

Visitor restrictions are still in place though.
