If it's in good shape it is absolutely sell-able. I would check with your local shop. The BC and Reg probably need a cheap service to change out the O rings etc. Personally, I would be hesitant to purchase something like that from a stranger on craigslist but try posting it on social media or the local shop. Chances are someone will jump on it for the right price.
