Butch, wife and I tried them and we thought they were fine. As I understand it, they have evolved a bit and recipes differ. We thought they would be nasty from the reputation and jokes. I think a large part of it is in people's minds. Because they know what they're supposed to be made from. But really, do.we know everything that goes into breakfast sausage here? I don't know, and I don't want to know, but I like breakfast sausage here.
